Shipping policy

We try to keep our shipping process as straightforward and predictable as possible. Because orders are processed through a real fulfillment workflow, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume, carrier operations, and seasonal logistics conditions.


Order Processing Time

After an order is placed on Yimari.com, it goes through order verification, handling, packaging preparation, and shipment arrangement before being dispatched.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer.


Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States.

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days, depending on destination, carrier routing, seasonal demand, weather conditions, and local delivery operations.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Certain regions, peak shopping periods, or carrier delays may result in additional transit time.


Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping structure simple and transparent:

  • Orders over $60 → Free Shipping
  • Orders below $60 → Flat Shipping Fee: $7.99

The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final amount charged for shipping services.

Carriers & Tracking

We work with established logistics providers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on fulfillment location, package routing, and delivery destination.

Once the package has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email. Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.


Shipping Coverage

At this time, we only ship to addresses located within the United States.

Orders submitted with delivery addresses outside the United States cannot be processed and may be cancelled or refunded automatically.


Delays & Delivery Exceptions

While we work closely with logistics providers to maintain stable delivery operations, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Peak holiday shipping periods
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier transportation delays
  • Customs or logistics disruptions
  • High seasonal order volume

If your order experiences a significant delay beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, you may contact our support team for assistance.

If a package is confirmed lost during transit or arrives with severe shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.


Local Pickup

We currently do not offer:

  • Local pickup
  • Warehouse pickup
  • Same-day delivery services

All orders are shipped through third-party logistics providers.
